Welcome to Nurse Next Door. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and our in-home care services. The Site and Services are operated under the legal entity Rehoboth Home Care 24x7 LLC DBA Nurse Next Door.
By accessing our Site or utilizing our Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our Site or engaging our Services, you affirm that you are of legal age and have the capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are arranging care for another individual (the “Client”), you confirm that you have the legal authority to act and make decisions on their behalf, such as a power of attorney, legal guardian, or as otherwise authorized by the Client.
2. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms on our Site. Your continued use of the Site or our Services after any such changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
3. Use of the Site and Services
You agree to use our Site and Services for lawful purposes only and in a manner consistent with the delivery of safe and effective care. Prohibited activities include:
Violating any applicable local, state, or federal laws or regulations.
Impersonating any person or entity, or misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity.
Interfering with the proper working of the Site or the provision of our Services.
Providing false, inaccurate, or incomplete information regarding a Client’s health or needs.

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, is the property of Nurse Next Door Home Care Services or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from this content without our express written permission.
5. Limitation of Liability
Our goal is to provide compassionate and professional care. However, our Services are non-medical in nature unless provided by a licensed professional as part of a specific care plan. Nurse Next Door is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Our liability for the Services provided is limited to the extent permitted by law. This provision does not limit our liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct in the provision of care.
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rehoboth Home Care 24x7 LLC DBA Nurse Next Door., its parent company, employees, and caregivers from any claims, damages, liabilities, or losses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your use of the Site, or from inaccurate information you provide that affects the delivery of care.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona for the resolution of any disputes.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Your Privacy and Protected Health Information (PHI)
Your privacy is paramount. We are committed to protecting your information in accordance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and other applicable laws.
We do not sell or share your personal data (Name, Email, Phone, etc.) with third-party vendors for marketing purposes.
Your Protected Health Information (PHI) will only be used and disclosed for purposes of providing treatment, obtaining payment for our services, and conducting our healthcare operations.
We may disclose your information when required by law, to public health authorities, or in a medical emergency to protect the health and safety of our Client or others.
